Feelings
If you feel that you have been "bottling things up" inside, please try and find a trusted friend that you can speak to about how you are feeling.
Often just talking about a problem can help to solve it.
If you don't feel that you have anyone you can talk to, try mentally conversing with your Angels, they are always ready to listen!
